• Create scroll-stopping content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories, aligned with our brand voice and mission.
• Monitor trends, memes, and pop culture to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Plan, schedule, and post content using social media management tools.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting witty and engaging captions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching visuals.
• Experience with video editing software or apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• A solid understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• A passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience running paid social media ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and partnerships.
